Croft Membership is the most comprehensive membership system available on the market, with an impressive range of features to suit any membership rules, procedures or requirement. The system provides a complete database of all member information, which can then be extracted in a variety of reports. It integrates fully with all your essential office functions, such as accounts, bookings, tills, swipe cards, handicapping, websites and door entry systems, removing the need for manual journals, meaning you only need to update one database to ensure that all your systems are accurate.

Subscription notices can include a full range of charges and can be variable by category, age, discounts, additional subscriptions (levies), extra charges (such as locker fees, union fees), surcharges for direct debits, personal charges / discounts for a specific member and much more.
Families may be invoiced on one invoice or separately and subscriptions can be printed or emailed with attachments.
Croft Membership deals with all forms of payment, including cash/cheque, debit or credit cards, direct debits, bankers order, payment schedule or multiple invoices per year. Direct debits can be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. If you use Fairway Credit, or similar system to collect your direct debits, then membership will prepare all information for you and provide an efficient payment entry system that avoids individual member update. Direct debits can be extracted and linked to any bank software. Payments can be received in the office, or if your till is linked to Croft then payments can be made direct at the bar.
Payments are automatically allocated to the various charges as a proportion or in full, with options to set payment priorities. Social (Bar Card) levies can auto-update a members card balance.
Subscriptions and payments can auto-update Croft Accounting. Payments by credit card can be channelled individually to a credit card control account with the members name attached. Subscription refunds can be channelled individually to a bank account with cheque number and members name attached.
Overdue payments are highlighted and information can either be extracted using mailmerge to produce personalised reminders (and warnings) or transferred into Excel. Statistics are available per category, for overall subs invoiced, payments received analysed by all parts of the charges, overdue and outstanding payments.
Data can be extracted from the membership system in virtually any sequence and with any category or combination required. Information can be displayed or extracted in printed reports, labels, transferred into MS Word and MS Excel or transferred to email. Data can also be sent automatically to update your other office systems, such as handicapping or website.
