Croft doesn't supply tills and bar software - but we work closely with the best company that does do so - Open Solutions! Our software technicians have worked closely with those of Open Solutions to produce the most efficient system that is available.

A member's purchase of drinks or food at a till immediately updates his bar card record in Croft Membership (and checks his balance before allowing the purchase).

A member can add to his bar card balance via a pay-in at the till or the office - and his bar card record is immediately updated in Croft Membership.

When the till is closed (or more likely the next morning) the till automatically updates Croft Accounting with a journal of cash purchases, club swipecard purchases, club swipecard pay-ins, and credit card purchases / pay-ins.

So the accounting and membership link with the tills is as efficient as possible.

Croft goes further!
When a member pays his annual subscription and it contains a bar card levy ('social supplement') then Croft automatically adds it to his bar card balance.

And Croft automatically deals with an annual bar card forfeit procedure. And automatically deals with subs paid in advance that can compromise the forfeit procedure.

And do you send your members a separate invoice for the bar card levy ('social supplement') ? We do that as well!

So that's about as efficient as it can get!
