Croft has been a supplier of golf club management information systems for nearly 30 years with around 275 clubs using our systems across the U.K. and Northern Ireland. We are the only specialists in Partial Exemption VAT and our Accounting system is widely regarded as both the most comprehensive in the golf club market, and the easiest for clubs to use.

Accounting is one module of a total solution that includes Membership, Handicapping, Tee Booking, and Bar Card systems. All the systems integrate. For example, Membership updates Accounting with subscription payments analysed to whatever headings you define. Tee Booking, Handicapping, and Bar Card integrate with Membership so that you only maintain one database of members information. The tills update Accounting with daily cash sales, card sales, and card top-ups.

You can, however, install one or more modules without other modules and operate them as either integrated applications or standalone applications.

Croft systems utilise Microsoft Access databases and networks, and run under all Windows operating systems from Windows 95 and above. There is no additional charge for networking.
